The City of Frostburg's Finance Department manages the tax and utility billing for the City in addition to the budgeting and reporting requirements.

Current financial documents are available online through the Financial Statements tab to the left. Historical documents can be provided upon request.

For property Transfers, refer to the Third Party Tax & Utility Information Request section.

Owners & Tenants: For account inquiries, questions about your bill, or for more information, see Utilities or please call 301-689-6000 ext. 106.

Pay online using your account number and PIN, which is located on your bill.

Water meter readings may be reported in the following ways:

• Phoned in at 301-689-6000 and use option 4
• Emailed to cityhall@frostburgcity.org
• Faxed to 301-689-2840
• Bring to 37 Broadway entrance if during the Municipal Center's regular operating hours, or utilize the after-hours payment drop box for payments after 4 PM or on weekends. All deposits must be labeled to indicate what the payment is for and the address and/or parcel to which the payment applies.
