The Mayor and City Council members are most easily contacted by mail or e-mail.  If you prefer to contact an elected offical by phone, please call 301-689-6000 and request a return call by the Mayor or a specific Commissioner.  Please note that all mail or email sent to and from City Staff and/or the Mayor and City Council is considered public record and may be made available for inspection by the public.

The Mayor and City Council can also be reached via U.S. Mail at PO Box 440, Frostburg, MD 21532.
