The City has adopted the Maryland Minimum Livability Code; all properties within the City of Frostburg are held to standards for safety and health. Properties in violation of the code may be issued citations and fined in accordance with City laws.  Complaints or concerns about property maintenance in Frostburg can be made to the Community Development Department by calling 301-689-6000 ext. 110.
