Many of Frostburg's water and sewer and other community projects are funded by various grant programs.

The City is accepting applications for the Facade grant program available to businesses and building owners within Frostburg's Sustainable Community area (Main Street & Downtown).  The application and program information can be obtained at City Hall or by clicking the link below.  Applications are being accepted until May 28, 2016.
