The City of Frostburg Police Department is under the leadership of Chief Royce C. Douty.  Located at 37 Broadway, the Police Department provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage for the nearly 9,000 citizens of Frostburg.  The department employs 16 sworn officers and 4 support personnel.  The Frostburg Police Department welcomes input from citizens on law enforcement and quality of life issues.
